Idiomatic Zig bindings for the libfvad library

Overview

These bindings wrap the libfvad library which is a standalone extraction of WebRTC’s voice activity detection (VAD) interface.

With the interface being small, the wrapper is similarly quite small even for Zig bindings. However, using higher-level Zig features, the interface is made significantly easier to use. The semantics of the Zig bindings are thoroughly checked using a relatively large test suite. Testing the semantics of the C API, however, is outside the scope of this library wrapper.

Using this library

These bindings target Zig v0.17.0. If you need support for another version, feel free to open an issue or a PR.

To use these bindings in your project: zig fetch --save git+https://codeberg.org/genuinely-jaava/libfvad-zig
